千東史和（フミ）はクロスロード教会設立時からの牧師です。大阪で生まれ育った彼は、関西に住む人々に対してユニークな方法で語りかけます。クリスチャンの家庭で育ちながら、十代にはイエス・キリストとの個人的な関係を築くことがむずかしかった彼は、２０歳のとき、神戸にある教会、神戸バイブルフェローシップ（クロスロード教会設立チームを送り出した教会）に参加し、キリストに献身しました。KBFの牧師であるロブ牧師にクリスチャンとしての生活, しもべ型リーダーシップと教会運営のイロハを学び、ワーシップリーダーとして、またシングルス（独身者）のミニストリーの牧師として働きました。彼の以前のロックスターになるという夢は、キリストのからだを立て上げるという情熱と野望に取って代わりました。関西学院で社会学を学び、卒業論文では「どうして消費社会には健康的な教会が必要なのか」をテーマにしました。趣味は、読書（マンガを読むように聖書や他の本を読みます！）、音楽（ギターとピアノ）、それからバスフィッシング（釣った魚のサイズを誇張して回るので注意！）。家族は奥さんのミチコさんとカズキくん、みのりちゃん。彼の家族は彼の最高の人生の成果です。
Fumikazu (Fumi) Chito is one of the founding pastors of Crossroad. Born and raised up in Osaka, he has a unique voice to the people who live in Kansai area.
Fumi grew up in a Christian environment but he had a hard time getting to know Jesus personally in his teenage years. Fumi finally became a committed Christian at the age of 20 when he started to go to Kobe Bible Fellowship Church (KBF).
KBF sent him and his team to Nishinomiya to start Crossroad in 2004. He learned from Pastor Rob in KBF the ABCs of walking with the Lord, becoming a servant leader and running a healthy church. As he served God in KBF as a worship leader and a singles pastor, his former dream to become a rock star was replaced by a passion and enthusiasm for establishing the healthy Body of Christ. He went to Kwansei Gakuin University and studied sociology. The theme of his graduation paper was “Why does the consumerism-oriented society need a healthy church of Jesus Christ?”.
Fumi loves reading (he is addicted to God’s Word!), playing music (guitar and piano) and fishing (watch out because he always exaggerates the size of the fish he has caught!). He has a beautiful wife, Michiko and a son and a daughter, Kazuki and Minori. His family is the greatest achievement in his life.
